Yesterdays Deadlifting workshop was a great success - great turn out and a great response.

Key points:

1. Correct imbalances first (most comment seen was flat back posture)
2. Start with learning the form from the top - not from the bottom.
3. Maintain neutral spine throughout the entire movement.
4. Head posture - keep inline with spine.
5. Don't use mixed grip, snatch grip is best.
6. Self-Myofascial Release is a MUST!
7. Train your core - correctly! (not with situps)
