What a weekend - with having Steve Cotter present for the first time in Aisa. The participants found out the hard way how much work can be achieved through kettlebell training.

Not all were personal trainers either. Just goes to show kettlebell training is starting to take off in Aisa.

We are already planning a second seminar will post the dates when we have finalized a date but will be looking around August.

Been awhile since I've had a chance to update the blog.

So mush has been going on... new product developments including a new line of nutritional supplements.

OPTS Certification Program Level 1 & Level 2 have started (level 2 next weekend) with a fully revamped program.

Most exciting.... we have a new mascot - an American Shorthair cat, well actually kitten. She is currently only 6 weeks old and still with her mother. She will be with us in about another 4-5 weeks.

With the New Year approaching I've been looking back at what we have achieved this year - it's has been a crazy year but well worth it.

We have positioned ourselves as leaders in the Fitness Industry - not only in Singapore but world wide.

I guess one of our bigger projects was our new facility - we actually did everything in 1 month from the time we signed the lease to the time we opened - this was no easy feat.

Also check out our site SingaporeKettlebells for the latest information on courses that we will be running in 2007. We have booked Steve Cotter from the USA to come present - he is one of THE best in his field.

Next month we will be holding another in our series of Optimum Performance Training Systems Certification Program Seminars. The seminar is on "Integrated Core Training".

What a fun day.... NOT!

I think I must have sweated out 4L of water unloading all the equipment.

As you can see this are still being sorted.

All the flooring is down - just a few more touch ups and the reception to be done.

All the eqipment will be installed Wednesday/Thursday this week.

Some great news...... Optimum Performance will be opening it's new premises late November.

There will be no other facility like it in Asia.... and this is just the start.
